The project is a full Architecture and Engineering design for “Maydan Business Park” in Riyadh-Hitteen, Saudi Arabia.
The design includes, but not limited to the following:
-Office spaces area (Standalone leasable area).
-Open areas (landscape, parking, walkway, bicycle, outdoor sitting, gate and guard room, small storage, smoking area).
-Services (Business center, gym, reception area, post office, multi purpose hall, nursery, outdoor playgrounds, library and reading area, restaurant, coffee shop).
